Inks are expensive. Difficult to get extended use
Far too expensive, AND the G-D printer - MFC-J35645 DW - does not last a a year before you have to start putting ink in - I got only about 8 months - home use...not a home office. I would never recommend a Brother printer from this experience.

Great product but even better help getting it from store Manager
I was in a pinch. The Staples Store Manager was so helpful grabbing what I needed and made extra sure it would work.
Installation was simple. Another off brand exploded and ruined carpet so I was extra cautious. No need, Brother made a good product from start to finish.
Print outs have been very good quality.

False advertising
So I do very little printing at home and never print in color. All of my color is depleted and I cannot use my printer at all. It clearly states 1500 pages on these cartridges yet I have filled the paper tray once since I bought this. I've always been happy with brother printers but this thing is ratchet. I will not be purchasing another brother after I throw this thing...

The ink is probably o.k. I think the problem is the Brother printer... horrible!! Sometimes prints nicely; sometimes skips, dark, light, mostly unreadable. Sorry I bought it! RJA
