The staff at the Bay City Michigan staples as always welcoming courteous and most important problem-solving. I hope the company recognizes their ability to make customers want to return and I am seeing that less and less so treasure these people.

Brother LC404 ink Cartridges 3/pack
The cartridges are way overpriced and don't last long because they have such a low capacity of ink. Lousy product and can't wait to get a inkless printer.

Giant tank. Splash of ink.
It's pretty obvious that someone at Brother invented a technique for putting a larger tank of ink in the printers to save the consumers money and then the executives said, "Yeah that's great and all, and it's going in the marketing material for sure, (INKvestment!) but what we're going to do is take those big ink tanks and put a teaspoon of ink in them. Oh Brother
Yellow was nearly empty. Probably should have bought all three of the color cartridges. Still not getting true color reproduction. But we print mostly black & white anyway.
