Looked at quite a few players before deciding on this one since I trust Staples. Wasn't disappointed.

this product is completely unsatisfactory. Cassette player destroyed the first cassette I tried to play in it. Only some tapes will play at all and am afraid of destroying my cassettes that are out of print. I am unable to find a return label.. Keep clicking on "start a return" but dont find a label.

Not quite what I expected
The stereo system I ordered was not what I needed as the AUX did not meet my requirements. I therefore returned the item for refund. Return process was seamless.

Excellent Portable Unit
Especially like the ability to play my old CD's and Cassette tapes since I have no access to internet music. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the AM radio has poor reception in my rural mountain location. FM is better and the stereo sound of the speakers is better than I expected

It was poor quality the remote is a joke need a penceil with erasor to use
Would not recommend. I am a minister I do alot of funerals last Friday 1/26 24 \ family requested Amazing Grace. The player started then the volume dropped it then stopped playing stopped again then couldn't get it started. Very embarrassing and a big apology to the family. It;s going back.

Decent enough
But I feel like the sound could be a little better. Some form of eq is needed. It's either not enough bass for the amount of treble or not enough treble for the boosted bass.

This unit is not a quality sounding sterio radio and the tuning window is not visable outdoors at all indoors it is somewhat visable but weak.
