Good Safe - No Backup Key
It's a nice safe; however, I was surprised to learn that there is no Physical Backup Key for in the event that the electronic lock fails. All in one place yay.

I love the safe. The only problem I have is sometimes I cannot the entire combination into the safe. Six digits and I can only put five digits in. Later, it works.

Love it but…
I love this safe so much! However the plastic interior ruined the whole thing, if the material on the inside was more durable or just a nicer feel and look then it would be 5 stars and zero issues.

For docs to keep safe beyond safety deposit box
Nice to be able to store full-size binders and file folders and still have another shelf available. There are documents that shouldn’t be kept in a safety deposit box in the event of death and this safe has adequate space to handle them.

Surface rust inside safe when purchased new.
I was excited to set up my new safe, for the cost I expected a great quality product. I was dissapointed. After seeing mostly positive reviews I made the purchase. A solid and well built safe I was sad to see surfave rust was inside of the safem I cleaned it up as best I could.

Key pad is difficult to activate
Takes 2or3 full hand swipes to activate the key pad. Then it takes a good press with finger to key in numbers. Once I have access, I love the interior design, the lighted interior, the locking system. It should be a great home safe. I have another small SentrySafe and love it. All in all, great product.
