Useless
Brought from a local trade warehouse in the UK, spent 3 hours trying to get the door open. Managed to open it twice by putting the safe on its back, stand on it and yank it sharply using my strongest son. totally useless, fine if you plan to load it up and never touch anything again. took it back the next day for a full refund. Good safe, but
This is my first safe, and I've been largely pleased with it so far. The electronic keypad is easy to read and the safe is heavy enough that I didn't feel the need to bolt it down. However, the one criticism I would level is the handle needs to be made of metal as well. It's a hard plastic, but that seems to be a weak point. Spend a few more dollars in steel and give us...

Strong, easy to open.

The safe has plenty of room and it's heavy. It Definately is fire proof and water proof. But a good safe cracker could open this safe easily.

Very good good safe for the money
The size is great and will be exactly what we need for our documents. I AM a bit concerned about placing anything else in the safe (USB drives, computer stuff) due to possible moisture accumulation, but I will be trying this in a ziploc bag with a not-so-important drive. Just be aware that you will need to make sure moisture is not present in the safe every month, or so...

heavy will need two people to carry if off
I just started using it has a lot of room had to order another shelf I just hope the plastic will hold up to my coin collection and not break and coins will not tarnish

Fireproof Safe
I love my new safe. It's the perfect size for my 100+ year old photo albums and other important documents I want to protect against fire. My husband loves that he was able to bolt it down for added security. Very pleased with my purchase.
