Don't buy this
It's easily broken. The joint connect from the base to the magnet is cheap. Not worth for the price.

Non universal fit
works well but it does not fit in my car vent. forcing it cracked the vent.

Phone falls off charger!
Charges just fine if you can keep the phone from falling off of it! Not a good purchase for the money

Received broken
Received broken Mophie wireless charger and tried to return to a retail store and they sent me away with no assistance. I was told since I ordered this

Vent Mount Does Not Secure Adequately
The mount clip is constantly falling off... the vent attachment should be longer and more sturdy and secure.

Works Well But Spins
Unless there is some locking mechanism I'm unaware of, my phone mounts and charges just fine, but as the car moves and turns the charger rotates and my phone flips upside down and frequently needs readjustment. It is a bit top-heavy because its a Flip4 that mounts from the bottom, but still it is very easy to spin the charger and it should be able to be fixed

Worst Vent Mount
Does not stay mounted properly on a 2016 Prius. Is it the vehicle’s vent design.. Who knows? I’ve been using the mount since January and each time I turn a corner, or roll over a bump in the road snap+ wireless vent mount and phone drops to the carpet.
I’ve been meaning to write in to Zagg, but it’s so Time consuming. On the hand I’m tired of my phone dropping each time...

does not hold well
I feel that the clips are too short and should be longer to add more grip (and even hooks) to wrap around vent piece.

Great charger
Makes charging my phone plus keeping it up where I can see it very easy and convenient without having to constantly plug and unplug a cord. The magnet works pretty good and holds my phone pretty secure.

Finally Gave Up
My phone kept falling off (and usually hitting my knees or falling on my driver's side floor mat) whenever I drove over a larger than average bump. I kept trying to place it on different places on my vent - top, middle, right, left but never found the spot that would keep the phone from randomly flying off when I drove. Replacement for my old device
I purchased this car vent to replace my old one that stopped working. It works as expected but the magnet is not as strong as the old one. Additionally, the car vent clip is does not rotate making the view angle inconvenient. It this mount could swivel like most other products like this on the market it would be a great product as there are many clip mounts options that...

The Mount Arrived Broken
When I opened the package, the bracket with the magnetic puck was not attached to the vent clip and I could not reattach it. I contacted Zagg to request to return the product for a refund. overheating
When I try to use the wireless charger independently to charge my phone, it just gets too hot, and it can't get the battery percentage up.

Fantastic!
Easy to install, I hid the wires in the trim quite easily. I was really happy they included the adapter so I am not using my USB port.

Not good for BMW 5 series
The following are issues:
1. Vent holder slides off of the vents.
2. Magnet is not strong enough.
3. 12 v plug doesn't stay plugged-in into my 2019 BMW 5.
