My favorite coffee maker ever!!
I bought this about a month ago, and I love it!! It has a gold filter on the coffee side, so no need to buy paper filters any more, and so easy to clean!! This mahine makes great coffee ANF great espresso, lattes, capuchinos!!

Loved it, when it worked.
While I absolutely loved this machine when it was functional, a couple months post warranty it failed. To make matters worse, it was my second machine. Unfortunately, I've moved on to a competitor.

Loving this coffee machine!
Coffee is fabulous, so many options! Easy to use, provides so many options and a basic coffee maker all in one. We are using it multiple times a day….brewing a full pot in the am and making decaf espresso in the afternoon. Highly recommend making this investment!!

Versatile!

Don’t do it
Got this as a gift 5 years ago. Have used the expresso once and the main coffee maker about 15 times. Now the machine won’t make anything
Been back and forth with the company - no recourse
Offered 20 % off a new machine. Why would I even want to buy another one ?
Do not buy!!! Junk!

Do not buy!
Do not buy! After only having for two years, a gross rusty sludge was found inside the water tank. I descaled the machine every 2-3 months as suggested but that was not enough to keep it clean.

Don't waste your money
I've had the machine a little over a year and it no longer drips or heats. Warranty is only for 1 year.

Great machine
Absolutely love this machine. I bought one for my son several years ago and was a little jealous and finally broke down and purchased one for myself. Very easy to use. Makes fantastic espresso, latte, etc. Love the bold coffee option as well.

Espresso and Coffee Machine
I purchased the all in one coffeemaker to create cream brûlée coffee. I couldn’t get the frother to foam cream. I figured it can’t building enough Steam or something was wrong. Very happy with our purchase
We’ve only had our machine a few weeks but we’re very pleased. The look is sleek on the counter and the coffee is outstanding. Looking forward to using the espresso portion soon.

Leaks when brand new
Got my new machine on Christmas. (Second machine owned) From the start this machine leaks. Tried the expresso side, added water into the tank and once the water starts to heat up, it starts to leak into the tray. Cleaned and repositioned the water tank. Tried a second time and the amount of water coming out increased. Returning it today. Not even going to bother trying ...

Glad we finally bought it.
We have been wanting this combo machine for a while. We are very happy with the temperature of the coffee and the carafe stays warm for 2 hrs. We have only used the espresso portion once but it worked very well.

Good combination bad automatic features
Its largest expressor tray is too small, cannot make two spoons cafe. It cannot auto stop filling water when make expressor as cafe becomes tasteless brown water.

Love this machine
I received this machine for my birthday, and it has been AMAZING. I make my own americanos every single day and they're spectacular. On the occasion that I want regular drip coffee too, I love having the option.

Not reliable- poor service
I bought this machine just outside of a year ago and the computer has failed. it just runs the expresso portion whenever it feels like it. Service department was no help after sending in video. I would not purchase Delongi products again.

Love it!
I went to Spain this year and had my first of many cafe con leches. I tried to replicate it at coffee shops when I got back but nothing came close. Now I have a way to make them! This machine is very capable and it makes excellent hot chocolate as well.
