Easy Set Up
This was a good buy, quick delivery, easy set up. I'm a plug it in and let's go sort of computer user. So I'm not going to comment of chips, memory, SSD or even Windows. All I know is this computer was at a good price point, and I was checking email within a few minutes after initial set up.

Not as expected
It can be used for games or YouTube, that's about it,
The screen colors are not that good.
The functioning of the mouse and keyboard are not precise, could be frustrating and can waste your time to get you to the point you want.
I don't recommend.

Very light, quick performance and Great price. Would of gave 5 stars if it came with 16gb Ram instead of the Minimum 8gb.

Very pleased - especially for the price
I quickly purchased this Asus after I ruined my other Asus with water. A quick purchase but I am happy with it. It is larger and heavier than my previous one but I love the screen size. Very happy!

Great Laptop for small business needs
We purchased this laptop for our advertising person to get listings done and it is perfect for this task. It is lightweight, large screen, great layout on the keyboard. We plugged in a second monitor and an external mouse and it immediately picked them up with no issues. I may order another one of these for personal use.

Just okay so far
ASUS laptop was purchased as a gift which will be given soon. The Windows 10 OS is a real pain. Causes feelings of hate. Hope recipient finds laptop and OS all right or unit will be coming back.

Really happy, it came just one day after placing order. Very nice, easy to use. Nice big screen, but yet light weight. For me my old computer came with Microsoft Word in it and this one doesn't so I have to buy it separately and it's expensive. Otherwise good deal for the price.

Very nice laptop.
I did do clean install of windows 10 and very happy with laptop. Staples online chat helped me get a price match after they dropped price so happy about that to. Asus is good product so I can easily recommend buying. "When on sale not at normal price."

Replacing a dead Toshiba Laptop.
Had to replace a dead laptop with a new laptop in order to continue to function in current job. Chose the Asus based SOLELY on dynamics of unit. Backlit keys, large storage capacity, large clear screen, and 8GB of memory.
