Had this chair ~3 months. Fabric wore out and the adjustable part is broken. Contacted Staples who sent us to Beautyrest warranty. They will send us parts to fix it in a minimum of 10 weeks!!!!!! My son now has NO chair for the next two to three months and we are out $280!!!!! Buyer beware

5 star chair
I tried sitting in a lot of chairs. This one was the best office chair. It is great. Totally worth the price. Excellent design which I can see when I put it together.

Multiple issues in <1yr.
Purchased chair for primary office use < 1 year ago. Pros: the seat is comfortable and the chair is easy to assemble. Cons: the fabric seat is HIGH maintenance. It is extremely difficult to keep clean and collects everything. There is no manual tilt tension adjustment. The 'auto' tension adjuster doesn't seem to work at all. Smells bad
The chair is comfortable but it has a bad odor to it. (Literally smells like rotten potatoes!) I called the 800 number on the box for the manufacturer that indicated I should call them before returning it and they are not being helpful. Great chair
Easy assembly. Performs exactly as advertised. Lumbar support hits my body perfectly. Seat cushion is firm enough for work but not uncomfortable. Great price on sale compared to other options. Highly recommend.

- Actually has (pretty good) lumbar support unlike most mesh "ergonomic" "office" chairs (don't fall for the hype most of them suck and have no lumbar support at all and are just cheap OEM mesh trash like the Hyken unlike this chair you won't find anywhere else I think) - I'm currently 5'8" 133lbs so I'd say good for 5'4" to 5'10" under 210lbs recommend trying it o...
