Magnified fun!
From the second my daughter saw the box she was excited to play with this! It is brightly coloured and well made, it can withstand use from an eager toddler who can occasionally play a little rougher than you might like, and it can be used as a family activity as well as alone by a child.
At almost 3 it can be hard to get her to sit still to focus on anything for long,...

Photos/Film in Slides Not in Correct Position
The slides are slightly "off" .. you cannot see the entire slide through either eye. When you look through, you see two images but neither are centered in the eyepiece.

Wonderful educational toy for a young scientist!
My granddaughter loves science and she went through every slide as soon as she turned it on. It is so well done and Bindi's enthusiasm is wonderfully contagious.
Please make additional slides, I will be purchasing them as soon as they become available.

No additional slides?
I have bought this for my very inquisitive 6 year old grandson. He loves anything to do with Science and Nature so a perfect gift for him!
A bit disappointing to say the least that you do not market additional slides for ongoing education and capturing users imagination.
I know he would use this time and time again if additional slides were available and we would be hap...

Absolutely
I gave it to my great nephew and he hasn't stoped playing with it. He will not let his parents have a turn cuz he's very protective and he loves it so much he's not willing to share. Hurray!

This a good product for key stage 1 children
My little boy aged 6 really liked this product, but quickly got through the slides, maybe there could be more to buy? He has used the microscope but needed a lot of help to see things. Only entertained him for a short time

A great first Microscope!
This is a great first microscope. It's sturdy enough to handle children using it independently, it's even robust enough to withstand them inserting the slides themselves (after being shown how to). The 'push to open' drawer for the slides is very clever so the slides don't fall out when it's being waved around! The buttons are easy to use and understand. There are some ...

Learning through play
This is a great product, really simple to use by my 4yr old boy. The slides have 3 different images of the same creature and easy to select whether you want to hear facts or do a little quiz using the numbers. My little boy really grasped this and able to independently use it himself, though together we shared a discussion as it is really a cool little product for every...

Discovering the world under the microscope
We've been loving this talking microscope. It's rare that my little one stops and sits still, but with this microscope I think he's been so amazed to look and see what he can see, that he's actually sat and played with it really nicely. He still goes a hundred miles an hour flicking through the slides - "Next one!" "What's this?" "Ah cool!" "Next one!" But it's lovely t...

So fun and educational!!
Amazing!! So easy to use, I put the batteries in, turned it on and gave it to my 6 year old, didn't take her long to work out what the different buttons do or how to insert the slides. The slides are stored in a draw built into the microscope. There are 3 pictures on each slide, each slide focuses on one subject, for example, an insect, snowflake or flower … Once you in...

So many fun facts
It is amazing how much my children learned from listening to the facts from this talking microscope and how much they could remember too. The images are really easy for them to view; they just select a slide and snap it on to the stage. Each slide has 3 images, all focused around the same theme such as blood or mosquitos. The buttons are clearly labelled so the children...

Factual and fun
My children aged 5-8 love this microscope. It comes with a good selection of slides which are kept in an inbuilt box in the microscope. You place a slide into the microscope and press the facts button. Which then tells you several facts about what you are viewing. Such as how many teeth in a child's mouth, or where salt comes from. Children can then select the quiz mode...
