I use it to keep my dogs out of the kitchen. I'm 73 years young and the dog's get in my way.

No hardware.
We bought this a couple months ago and are just now getting around to putting it up. It has no hardware with it. The gate has sat in the closet untouched the entire time. I checked the entire closet to see if maybe it fell off but no dice. We don't have the receipt anymore so we can't take it back. I came to the site to try to get replacement parts. Baby gate
I’ve used a lot of different style gates, but this style is my favorite! It’s durable and harder for the littles to figure out!

So easy to use
We love this expansion gate because it's easy for the kids to use and for grown ups to use with full hands - we use these to protect rooms from the dogs and it's perfect for that. No pinched fingers, no complicated hooks or latches!

Don't buy
Ordered two gates. One was cracked in shipping and the other broke on first use. Contacted support on Sunday and still waiting on response on Wednesday. These newer gates are no where near the quality of the older ones. The top plastic rail is brittle

60" wide, swings out of the way, doesn't block the opening
I needed a 60" wide gate (French doors) to keep my pets out of one room. The Evenflo best meets the need: it's 60" wide, it can open from either side (that's an improvement from one-sided gates I used with the babies many years ago), and best of all it swings out of the way to let you use the entire opening. Many other models of wide gates block part of the opening.

No instructions or hardware
Bought this from Toys R Us Canada. Hardware and instructions were not included. Not many Youtube videos to demonstrate how to install it.
