What the Job Called for
In the middle of a project my ink was going dry. A quick trip to Staples and a brief scan of the shelf gave me what I needed. Thank goodness Staples keeps the basics in stock. My project was not delayed.

Pages per cartridge
Less than 500 pages printed from the 1st of two HP 83A toner cartridge's delivered 9/22/20. The first cartidge was installed 10/1/20 and already has faint printing. I don't think your Quality Control expects this life span from the product. If the 2nd cartridge performs the same I will definitely go elsewhere

Recycled cartridge
I purchased what was supposed to be a new cartridge. After I opened the box I noticed the packaging was different. It was packed in cardboard sleeve wrapped in plastic( not shrink wrapped). Also the colored start tab on the cartridge was missing!! This was NOT how other new cartridges I purchased were packed. NEVER GOING BACK TO STAPLES

HP Black Toner Cartridge
I copy a LOT. I am now on my 6th cartridge. Easy to use and change. Most important for me and it does a lot of copies. Would I recommend. Yes.
