I ordered this ink online only to be sent a msg a few minutes later that “this product is no longer available” . Took more than a week to receive my refund on my credit card! I was not pleased with transactions

You Need to Plan Ahead
No more running out to Staples when I run out of black ink - and I need to print something out, like a ticket or a tax return. Now I have to order the right ink online - and wait for delivery. I can only buy the more expensive XL 61 at the store - and I don't do enough printing to justify the cost. Thanks Staples.

Black Ink Uuuggghh
The Black Ink in the packet wasn't any good. I still have to buy another Black Ink Cartridge. It would not print, on my printer it shows the ink in the Black Cartridge is below half. The Color Cartridge I had no issue.

Printer won't recognize this cartridge even though it takes the HP61. Don't have issues with ink from other places.
