Don’t know!
I bought it as a backup when my present cartridge ends. The personnel at staples at highland gave it good reviews so I went with it. Still have about 1/4 cartridge left. Should begin this new one soon!

Shortage
I finally found a store that had this standard cartridge. I wanted to buy the XL. Why can’t HP or Staples find reliable suppliers?

HP 61 Black Ink Carttridge
No problems purchased in the store brought home and installed into my HP printer had no problems works very well. Staples location was convenient. I was in and out within 5 minutes..

very good ink I always use this type and I get good quality plus there usually is a discount when I get it. I would recommend this for everyone who can use this type.So I have no dislikes at this time.

Haven't opened the box yet. But the customer service at the Staples store off Coleman Ave. in San Jose on the morning of 10/31 was outstanding.

Black ink purchase
My black ink is fine. I like that staples is close to where I live so I can get any office supplies quickly in store or buy online.
