I have bought Hewlett Packard #61 color for a long time and never had any problems with using it.

You were out of this cartridge and all other HP 61 cartridges in your store. I was able to order tit on line (at your store) and it was delivered the next day. I hope you will continue to stock this item in the future since it is the only one that works with my printer.

They don’t last long at all I only use my printer on occasion and am always having to replace it. And yes I have tried the 61xl and also your refurbished ones. None of them or any better.And the price is overpriced for the amount of pages I get out of it!

always replacing ink
It is probably my printer but I sure need to change ink cartridges often! And I don't even use my printer every day.

Usability
Didn’t realize that the printer didn’t have as good of a flat surface as my old HP printer. Thus not as user friendly as I need. I gave the printer to a non-profit.
