I haven't installed as yet
I haven't installed either of the cartridges purchased recently but have never had a problem with HP cartridges and plan to order other items from you on line in the very near future. would definitely recommend your store to friends. dorothy m

I was able to purchase the last one in the store. I would have bought a 2 pack but not available. Staples is my go to store for this type of purchase

They only sent part of the order I complained about it and they sent the rest. Makes me wonder if I would have been cheated!
