Rewards program needs significant improvement and pricing isn’t that grate. However the product is ok.

I chose this item because that XL was unavailable - I was grateful that at least this was available although it will not last as long. Yes I would recommend this item if it was the only choice.

HP 61 Black Ink Cartridge
After reading reviews I decided to continue to use HP ink instead of trying a remanufactured ink cartridge. I am glad I did since I have no issues with my printer recognizing this cartridge.

Help when needed
I needed some good ink cartridge and I found it at Staples. The only thing better than the ink is the great help and advise that I received while at the store. thank you!

Great!
My local Staples was out of this ink. I ordered it at their in-store kiosk and literally got it the very next day! Great service. The staff at the store were more than helpful as always!

Not lasting long
This use to last a lot longer. I am printing less documents and having to replace cartridge more frequently.

need return label for 61 color
i need a return label order the wrong number. i needed a 60 in color i did put the correct number for my black 60

Easy ordering
When I got to the store my particular ink that I needed was out of stock. The clerk there was very helpful and ordered it for me in store the ink came on the date specified very easy thank you
