Hp 61 black ink cartridge
it is a great value and much better than using LA inks as they are cheaper but not as good as Staples brands.

Runs out fast
Definitely prints less than what it claims to yield. After just printing 60 pages the ink was almost diminished. I do not have the settings to high quality just the basic quality. I recommend buying at least two or or the xl. A little bit more money but at least you will be able to print for a decent amount of time.

Outstanding customer service
Unfortunately I don’t remember the young man‘s name. As he rang up my order he questioned if I was buying the right cartridge. He was right and quickly got me the correct one. It saved me coming back and exchange it.
