Good value great service
Employees were very helpful and proactive. The value of the ink cartridge was reasonable for an in-store purchase.

Good ink
We have used HP61 for years and seems to work well for us. Although the XL series does last longer

HP black ink
I have always found this product to be reliable and easy to install. Since I am not very mechanically inclined this is a big plus.
