Great service
I always get excellent service at this Staples store at 15th and Chestnut St. The woman at the checkout counter was especially gracious and helpful.

Authentic HP is the Way to go
After 25 years of buying authentic HP products I grew tired of paying full price and decided to try refurbished cartridges. What a gigantic disappointment they were. Received three cartridges and two of them did not work. I’m sending them back and we’ll stick with authentic HP cartridges from now on

So far so good
Cartridge installed just fine and works great. It came quickly too. It's too soon to say if it lasts as long as the brand name one but the print looks as it should.

Ok. Like everything else product is getting more expensive and less of it
Ink runs out fast I make less copies and ink runs out faster.

Long-time User of this Ink cartridge
