Great Experience
I walked in the Store with my empty ink cartridges and was taken care of right away. I bought my Laptop at this Staples Store in the Spring of 2014 and was surprised I was still in their computer. Got everything I needed. Very happy.

Excellent help in store

Ink purchase review
My old printer ran out of ink so I went to our local Staples store and found the display right away. The nice lady employee directed me to what I needed and I was in and out of there in about 5 minutes.

The cartridge does what it is supposed to. This is one of those things that either works or it doesn't.

Ink in a new package
I really like the combination package. It saves money because the color xl is not usually needed as much as the black xl.

Expected More Copies Than I got!
I didn’t feel as though I got very many color copies as I expected! Kinda disappointed but made do with lighter prints for some of the same pages in my kids books! Disappointed Teacher & no time or money to get another cartridge to finish the job!

Hi there Patricia I see we missed your expectations of the product. It sounds like you print a lot of documents for your job. The cartridge may have clogged gone dry or ran out if you printed many pages with color. If you want to stretch the ink further change the print quality settings. This action decreases the ink. To clean a clog or fix a dry cartridge start by wiping the printhead with a damp cotton swab. If it is clogged tap gently. Be sure to put a towel down to avoid a mess.
