Excellent customer service
The Staples team that waited on me was excellent in every way! Mike who helped me with my purchase was patient and went out of his way to help me. The store manager was also extremely helpful.

hp 61 ink cartridge
My issue is the black dribbles ink blobs on paper. Not sure if its the ink cartridge or my printer.

Doesn't print as well as the double XL 2/Pack
I don't think that this product works for me as well as having both cartridges being XL
