Glad I could still get them
My printer is pretty pold. Staples was the only placw I could find the ink for it.

Thrilled you had it in stock.
There were a lot of empty spots and I know things are very hard to get in and/or find so I was glad to find what I needed because I needed to print something that evening.

Hi Edgar I empathize with your feelings about the product. Ink is a valuable commodity and doesn't come cheaply. It is even more crucial to stretch out each cartridge. Here are some tips to help: 1. Use XL cartridges and look for combination packs. 2. Count pages and use draft mode. 3. Shut down the printer. 4. Do automatic and manual printer maintenance. 5. Watch the content of the page. As expected it does what I needed it to do. I've gone the inexpensive route and sometimes they just don't work and its money wasted. I'll stick with the real deal from here on out.

good - always helpful
Service was fine but my colored ink cartridge didn't print color or anything./ I've been wanting to come back to the store but just haven't had time. Will be on a. trip for 2 weeks but hopefully you can see what is going on when I return. Thank you

I like the advantage of getting 30 percent off ink. I just wish the shipping could be handled by other that USPS. Their delivery is unpredictable
