Toner
The toner is fine but too expensive. Very frustrated that you cannot use reward points on them. You can earn points in the store but you cannot redeem them on toner. SMH 😠

A Reliability Is Why I Use HP .
These ink cartridges for my printer still works like a charm with for my HP Envy 4500 printer I've had for (many yrs.) with my DV 7 Entertainment 17 laptop for many yrs. also No printer issues whatsoever.

Disappointed in the toner.
I was very disappointed. I bought a 2 pack of black/color ink and I truly believe the color ink cartridge was empty. I put the new cartridges in and printed the alignment page. I noticed when it came out of the printer it had no color in it. It then told me to scan the alignment page and when I did it failed. I took out the new cartridge and put the old one back in and...

Only one cartridge worked
Bought the duel packages to save time and money. Unfortunately only the black cartridge worked. I bought two packages and both color cartridges failed. So tired of cartridge failure.

I recommend HP ink to the TRU RED brand. Even tough the TRU RED brand is cheaper it doesn't last 1/2 as long as the HP brand. Stick with HP!

Hp 61xl/61 black and tri-color ink
I’m glad I could find the double pack at Staples because it’s hard to find and it’s cheaper at Staples than anywhere else I’ve been able to find the ink.
