First problem ever with this product
Couldn’t believe it! I ran out of ink out after printing about 10 sheets! Granted a couple were in color. But always had a lot more prints out of it

Hello Christine I am sorry that you got so few prints from the cartridges. Perhaps you were printing more high-density prints this time. It is always a good idea to check to make sure the replacement cartridge you get is authentic and properly filled. If any cartridge is unsatisfactory you can look into returning it to the seller. HP 61 tri-color and black standard ink cartridges
Both the tri-color and black HP 61 are working very good. I now know you have to replace both cartridges to have everything working properly. You have to replace the color even if it does not show low. This is expensive but what can you do.
