Good Ink

I think your stock of HP cartridges stinks! I wanted HP 61xl black all there was 2 61 black I purchased one I wanted a double pack none.

Long lasting
There's nothing wrong with this product except it doesn't last as long as the XL cartridge that the store doesn't have on hand.

Simple purchase of a printer cartridge but was having a little problem trying to complete it on-line. Called the Service number and received friendly help right away and the product the next day. Will continue to highly recommend your products and service.

These ink cartridges seem to last quite a long time and are easy to install. I always suffer from a bit of sticker shock when it comes time to replace them sure would like to have a discount once in a while.

DON'T BUY THIS CART IF PRINTER IS OUT OF WARRANTY
"The indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer" was the error message displayed when I installed the HP cartridge. Reinstalled the spent cart but could not clear the error message. HP support website was down so I phoned HP support and was told the because my PRINTER was out of warranty they could not provide support. but they did offer to "qualify"...

Hi Todd I am sorry to find that you had this problem. It is highly unlikely that a security link to your printer is the problem. That error message usually means the cartridge is defective or not getting a good connection inside its slot. It sounds more like the contacts got smudged or are damaged so that the cartridge is not recognized by your printer. You can carefully polish the copper contacts on the cartridge (and the matching ones inside the printer) with a lint-free material to get off fingerprints or dust. If that does not help please consider returning the cartridge to the seller. They are the one who is ultimately responsible for the product you bought from them. Mary HP Care Hp.com/support
