Spending a fortune on ink
The HP Envy 4500 printer takes ink that costs a fortune. I will not buy another printer that takes ink like this.

Always Available and A1 HP Quality
Shopping at Staples for for my ink cartridges Buy HP is most convenient. Staples is close to my residence and there is always ample parking. I don't ever have to search for the correct cartridge and they are always in stock. With my Staples card and coupons on their receipts I actually save A Lot of money. Purchase of a ribbon for my computer

Not much "Bang for the Buck"
What I really wanted was an HP 61 XL. The regular size does not give you much bang for the buck (copies per dollar).
