. . . . always reliable!
Local Staple's store had HP 62XL printer cartridge replacement. Can't be easier than that! Over the years Staples's is my 1st choice.

Hi David I can understand if you're upset by the length of time it lasted. I'm sorry you're experiencing this. Printing high-density things like photos will run a cartridge out more quickly than other types of printing. You might consider getting Instant Ink. Then you only pay by the page not for the cartridges themselves. If you get poor performance due to a defective cartridge please check about returning it to the seller. Hello I'm sorry you're not being able to save some money. Perhaps I can help though. Here are things that could save you money on ink products: - Make use of the printer's draft mode whenever possible - Shut the printer down between uses - Always use the power button on the printer itself to turn it off. That gives it time to ‘park’ so that the cartridges are protected from excessive drying - Subscribe to Instant Ink then you only pay by the page not for the cartridges themselves If you get poor performance due to a defective cartridge please check about returning it to the seller. Haven’t used it yet as have a 62 right now. But have used the XL before and it is great. Would definitely recommend it

Welcome back Black Ink
As the secretary of an organization I had to improvise with the colored ink cartridges in printing notices and minutes while the black ink shortage lasted. I’m so glad to have the black ink available once again. The HP cartridges are very reliable when I have them.

I would recommend this product because it was in stock and because it gives me way more copies than the plain black one does.

Serviceable ink cartridge
Working satisfactorily so far (10 pages) but time will tell how many copies it produces. I bought "regular" because I print mostly in B&W (for which I buy XL). Turned to a new HP cartridge because a Staples reconditioned equivalent cartridge wouldn't print from the start so obviously am glad of the improved situation with a new one. I have always used the XL version but they are not available same ink but prefer the larger cartridge.

No problem with cartridge. I just wish you had the XL in stock. Even better was the triple that you used to stock that had 2 black and 1 color.

It is due to neglect that I do not remember the name of the young man in your Great Barrington store who helped me with my cartridge purchase. He was respectful to me an older woman kind and exeedingly helpful. Employees like him rarely are available. Thank you for hiring him!
