. . . . always reliable!
Local Staple's store had HP 62XL printer cartridge replacement. Can't be easier than that! Over the years Staples's is my 1st choice.

Ripoff
$88 for 2 XL ink cartridges? Total ripoff. Next printer I buy will be a laser.

excellent service
It is due to neglect that I do not remember the name of the young man in your Great Barrington store who helped me with my cartridge purchase. He was respectful to me an older woman kind and exeedingly helpful. Employees like him rarely are available. Thank you for hiring him!

Defective
So diappointing to get all the way home change cartridges and find the new color one was defective. Had to put the old one back in so I could make the black and white copies that I needed. Will be returning the color one. It's a 30 mile round trip from my home to the Staples store so I don't do it often.

Hi Elizabeth I am very sorry that your color cartridge did not work well. That was unfortunate but I hope to help a little. The printer can actually print black and white without a color cartridge inserted. There will be an error message but that can be ignored. Mary Chris HP Care hp.com/support

Lasts longer
The XL cartridge lasts lots longer than the original one (regular size). However I have noticed that both blacks work better with a fully loaded color cartridge.

The only ink that works in my printer and expensive
Interesting that I am asked to reveiw this product. I have no choice. It is the only ink that works in my printer and it is expensive when you think about how many pages I get out of it along with its black ink mate. On top of this the printer itself has a mind of its own. Maybe I will go look for a new printing set-up.

I always purchase HP cartridges for my printer. Haven't had any problems with the HP Envy printer yet

Always high quality
XL cartridge delivers vivid black images with no smearing and high productivity in quantity of prints available. I would always recommend original HP printer ink refills.

Perfect Timing!
I needed an HP 62XL tricolor ink cartridge and I always find what I’m needing at Staples. They even delivered this to my house the next day (Free Shipping). This was the best deal for the money$$. It's fine. Not much to say about an ink cartridge. Wish it would last longer Wish it was less expensive.
