. . . . always reliable!
Local Staple's store had HP 62XL printer cartridge replacement. Can't be easier than that! Over the years Staples's is my 1st choice.

Delivery service
The delivery man was great. For the first time he knocks on the door and waited til I answered. He handed me the the item wearing his mask. Usually they drop off the packages with no knock on the door.

two cartiges each
each arrived in boxes 8 times larger and in separate boxes - rather have a discount alarger than 1 penny ($.01) Irritating

Staples does a great job trying to keep items on shelf’s the suppliers having hard times manufacturing items to get out to stores ( Staples have a great staff)

Great purchase
Had to get this to fix my printer. A bit disappointed that my last cartridge dried up so soon. I hope this one last longer.

Defective Cartridge
I had a defective cartridge and it was replaced with a new one. All good now. Cashier was very helpful.

HP 62 tri-color ink cartridge
Purchased to print 7 color photographs on photo paper the cartridge ran out after 4 1/2 were printed. The color and quality of the first four prints was excellent but a trip to the store to purchase another cartridge made the 7 photos expensive and time consuming. Prior photo prints using my old HP printer and HP 564 cartridges was much more efficient.
