. . . . always reliable!
Local Staple's store had HP 62XL printer cartridge replacement. Can't be easier than that! Over the years Staples's is my 1st choice.

$88 for 2 XL ink cartridges? Total ripoff. Next printer I buy will be a laser.

Ink doesn’t ladt
Does not last . Gotten too expensive . Probably will go with new printer that ink last longer. Product works but value is poor

Hello there I see you aren't finding value in the product. Buying a new printer is one option but there are less expensive options to fix the problem. I would start by considering what you print. Stay away from printing photos posters invites graphics and other items that use significant ink. Most people print documents look at them correct them and reprint them. Staff very informative
HP ink is consistently excellent quality. I would wish however that both of the cartridges in the twin pack were XLs instead of just the black. What was really exceptional about our Staples visit was the two staff members who talked with us about available printers. They were both extremely knowledgeable and very responsive to our questions.

tri color not accepted
my ENVY HP printer would not accept the tricolor cartridge. It claimed the tricolor was either counterfeit or a refill although it was in the HP2 package as new. Your cashier replaced the tricolor with a single pack and the printer was OK with the new one. Thanks Staple
