. . . . always reliable!
Local Staple's store had HP 62XL printer cartridge replacement. Can't be easier than that! Over the years Staples's is my 1st choice.

Great item
These lats very long with normal printing. Not sure about the price seems high but it does last a good while. Much better than the regular size.

Great shopping experience
Went into Danvers store and went directly to the HP Ink display. Picked out the ink that I needed HP #62 single pack and HP#62 twin pack. Went to register and store associate was courteous friendly and knowledgeable.

Good ink for my HP Envy printer.
I like the XL cartridge for my black ink since it is longer lasting. It works well with my printer.

Hi there Greg I recognize your strong feelings about the page yields and they are valid. Several factors affect cartridge performance but many clients see great improvement with a few changes. The first cost-saving measure is to print in black ink only. Secondly turn off the printer unless actively printing. I also recommend using XL cartridges or joining the instant ink program with HP. You will notice the strongest improvement in page yields by evaluating print items. For example a photograph or wedding invite would use more ink than a few paragraphs. Always Need ink
I think the guys at the store were great in helping me and offering what rewards I could earn. Ink is expensive!

Disappointed
Although the ink cartridges are great Customer Service leaves much to be desired. I spoke to 3 clerks asking about the special that was running and not one could tell me what it was about. Seriously not one. Very frustrating.
