. . . . always reliable!
Local Staple's store had HP 62XL printer cartridge replacement. Can't be easier than that! Over the years Staples's is my 1st choice.

Ink is Terrible
I have been buying this INK - once an month - I have been going back to Staples - they are dried up ink sitting on the shelves or they are not filled ink in these cartridges..

Too Expensive
I have two problems with it and thy are related. You (Hewlitt Packard really) force us to change the ink too frequently so you can sell more of it a an outrageous price. I will be sure next time to buy a printer that is cheaper to operate both in cost of the ink and how frequently my staff has to change it.

but I do wish that the employee who "helped" me could have told me the comparison between the xl and standard."more ink" did not answer my question..how much more? Double or more or less? I was trying to compare for price.
