HP 962 Cartridge
It works fine and it is a genuine HP cartridge that works in my printer. Consumers should beware of purchasing ones that are cheaper but will not work in their printer.

OEM Ink cartridge ALWAYS Delivers
Bottom line for me after several attempts using re-manufactured or off brand ink cartridges to "save money" and which produced unsatisfactory results or failed I only use the manufacturers cartridges and get the results I need without any hassles. Life is too short to waste time when doing it right the first time really counts.

Since I have an ink plan that requires special ink cartridges this does not work and I should have been told that before I bought it. I will attempt to return the open but unused cartridge. I hope I get a full refund
