unavoidable expense
It is easy to order this ink at Staples and quickly delivered or available for pickup in store. The expense is ridiculous given the limited use. Also, that Staples offers cash back rewards for such purchases, but not automatically and only upon entering a code seems an unnecessary obstacle to satisfaction. Helpful sales rep, but MUCH higher price

The cartridges do not last the 300 sheets as said.
I dislike that the cartridges do not last for 300 sheets as specified. Seems like I barely get 100 copies out of the X-Large cartridges. The last one I put in was a black one and my machine said it was a counterfeit cartridge. Just thought you should know this.

Ended up taking it back since Staples refused the $10 off a $50 purchase coupon, which was the whole reason I came in the store. Future coupons will go in the trash.

Ink cartridges
The quality of the product is good I had a poor transaction withe clerk. He rushed me through the sale, forgot to ask me and apply my quality points; redid the bill and then forgot to give me credit for the cartridges I turned in. He had no time to pay attention to me.
