Crazy expensive
The product itself is fine. The problem is it has become so ridiculously expensive that to buy four cartridges cost 2/3 of what the printer cost. We are going to have to change printers.

Too expensive. HP will not let you refill the cartridges, which would be much, much cheaper.

im tired of paying so much for ink SCAM
This is almost illegal. The amount of money you have to pay for ink is insane. Also, you used to be able to print in grey scale only and not worry about colour. In one of their updates a few years ago they made it so you cannot do so. You then use all colours to make black so your colour depletes fast. My HP printer will not print without having all colours. Yellow Ink Cartridge
I’ve only used it a week and now it comes up with an error message on the yellow cartridge that says incompatible cartridge and I can’t print anything. I’m highly disappointed in this product. Not sure why after a week it’s incompatible. Afterall, it came from HP.

Happy with the cartridges
I am very happy with the results. However the printer reads that the pinhead is missing or out of place. The printer still works.
