Ink said not genuine once installed
Bought this ink from Staples recently, upon installation it said it was a used cartridge and not genuine. The HP Ink headache continues..

Staples stands by their Products.
Stapes Customer Service provided for an exchange for the 3 Pack 952 ink. the ink was barely used and ran out in a few months. They informed me that you should not store the ink for any length of time or this could happen. We always tried to keep spare ink in case of emergency. Why is there a $5 difference on these products from your in store to your website?
