says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

My last HP ink cartridge
After installing the cyan cartridge the printer decided the yellow was low and still wouldn’t print… so another $100+ because I needed to print a b&w return label? No thanks HP! I bought a $125 laser printer and got rid of the HP.

Reliable Source for Genuine Hp Ink
I can always count on HP products purchased at Staples- and if there IS a problem with something like an ink cartridge Staples always offers a refund or replacement.

COST OF HP INK IS OUTRAGEOUS!!
Other than being outrageously too expensive I love these and have never had any issues with them.

HP INK - Good but way too expensive!
Even the XL-INK gets used up quickly and it's too expensive!! As for Staples' packing shipping and delivery-time that was all fine as expected.

Equipment Necessity
As a school teacher I need my equipment to be available at always. I cannot wait for the district to supply my needs so I turn to Staples when necessary. Such a time a this beginning of the year. I searched on line and found a Staple price which was lower than the store price. The company matched the price and stood by the company's word. Well done.
