says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

The yellow ink cartridge was not full upon purchase
Upon installing the yellow ink cartridge I noted it was only 3/4 full. The other cartridges were fine.

952xl ink cartridge
the xl ink cartridges hold do much more ink and they donot cost that much more. I do a lot of printing and must always have extrsa ink in stock. I had a $10.00 coupon and $5.00 in rewards. That was $15.00 off my purchase. That realy made my day!

During these times it is nice to find helpful sales people that make you feel welcome and also take care of helping me find what I needed. Staples is my go to Office store.
