says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

I had to return it because my printer stopped working and I had to buy a new printer that did not use the same ink cartridge.

Unreal....AWESOME!!!!
This Cyan ink is freaking awesome. I was able to print all kinds of cool stuff which had shades of Cyan. I can't wait to print more stuff and I have actually started to look for stuff to print with my Cyan ink from Staples!

HP products have been reliable and ink jets while pricey allow for consistent print color.

Expensive
The HP 952XL black ink cartridge is way too expensive. I can purchase two brand new color printers for what it cost me to purchase the 952XL cartridges. I am contemplating purchasing a new printer from y our competitor which has the same quality but whose ink cartridges are much more reasonable.

Local Delivery Flub
So in the end it all worked out but about a week later than it should have. You see the order processing and original shipping went as planned. However the local delivery service flubbed the order by delivering my order to the wrong house! Staples re-issued my order and it was due 5 days after the original delivery due date (the one that went to the wrong house) ...

XL doesnt last long
if you print alot of paperwork per day - the XL ink won't last long - I'm a notary and find that I have to replace the ink too often - only 1000 papers per ink cartlidge. I don't recommend this printer for big jobs in an office setting. I love the 7740 HP but the use of ink is expensive.

It’s ink
Why am I being asked to rate ink? I am beyond confused. It’s such a simple thing of it either works or it doesn’t. Why is there stars? How would ink get 2-4 stars?

Good but Pricey
