says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

Staples was out of the ink I ordinarily buy so it suggested this as a replacement. I assumed that if it was being suggested it would fit my printer but it doesn't.

HP Cartridges
They could give us the printer for free and get rich off of the cartridges... But it is HP - it's reliable.

Would have liked to get my usual package with all ink cartridges but there is a color ink shortage with HP. Very thankful there was at least black.

Pleased with the product but was confused
Pleased with the product but unhappy with the cashier who rung it up for me. Maybe it was the Covid situation but he couldn’t wait for me to leave and rude.

Cost
The cost for this product is ridiculous. I would not recommend purchasing this product. I would recommend finding a company that can make their cartridges work in the printer for at least a third of the cost.

I have an HP printer & always but HP brand ink. This ink was not on sale but I was able to get a great deal bc Staples had coupons available to use.
