says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

Hp 952 pack
Works great to replace all colors but when I tried to order one with black included they were out of stock had to order separate black ended up costing more $$

choice of shipping packaging was terrible
I love the product - this is the first time Staples shipped this little box of cartridges completely unprotected not bubble wrapped just dumped in a plastic envelope with no padding or protection whatsoever. Bought two packages Installed the first one and printer gave a message that I needed to replace cartridges. The second package was fine. It was an inconvenience to have go back to the store to return the defected product.

I don't really know yet I haven't used them. But when I changed my online order to add the black cartridge person helping me do it lost me the discount for ordering online. Not sure Staples is my friend...

Pricey
It is quite expensive to purchase 952hp a person can purchase a new printer instead purchasing 952hp

Great first time experience!
I have been ordering from another office supply company though the ink cartridges I wanted were on backorder with no ETA. I decided to try Staples and was able to order and receive the cartridges within a week! Very impressive!

Wow!
I love this ink. The colors are so vivid and individually they are beautiful working together words cannot describe the harmony and beauty. When I use this product I have fewer spelling errors and the words just flow from my brain onto the page. I feel inspired and grateful that this product is available to me and I hope I will be able to maintain a steady supply ...
