says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

Great Product
The cartidge performs very well - even though the price is outrageous (most 'precious' fluids in the world - ?!?!?!?).

Exchanged 920 for 952
I had purchased the wrong ink cartridge for my printer. I was allowed to exchange. The 952s were more expensive but I was allowed to pay the difference.

Ink cartridges?
HP ink cartridges are constantly running out of ink before I even go through a 500 sheet package of copy paper. Why are they constantly "self-cleaning" - to use the ink up faster. Certainly HP can do better than short the consumer on usable ink.

Long Lasting!
This XL version is a bit pricey but lasts forever. No running to the store for a replacement every month or so. Also much more economical in the long run.
