says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

Ink Cartridges
It is just fine but way too expensive. I make very few copies at home and rarely need to make color copies. Yet I have to purchase all 4 cartridges even though I only need to replace the black one. Ridiculous! My low rating is just for the outrageous price.

It doesn’t last very long.
It didn’t last very long especially for the price. I signed up for the ink program which is a much better deal.

Works fine but is overpriced
Of course the ink cartridge works fine but I think this and all of their in cartridges are overpriced think about what we are talking about here some encased plastic. How much does this actually cost for you to make? So I never received anything back for the recycled cartridges that I return.

I had no problem with the product but with the price. I found it cheaper but I only get 1% discount instead of matching plus 10% less. as promised by you.
