says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

Great Ink.Where's my $20 coupon?
This ink always performs great! I turned in 10 empty cartridges when I bought this on 12/24/19. When do I get my $20 coupon email?

I asked if I cued use only black ink when I purchased my 8710 printer the answer was yes. The answer should have been no. I changed the color that needed to be changed and now the printer will not copy. very frustrating N o more HP printers. The ink is so expensive I am looking for a replacement. A typewriter maybe.

It does the job and it is what is needed for my printer. I also use 951 for my home printer. It is expensive but necessary.

They're ink cartridges. It's not a big deal. They seem mildly overpriced but what can you do?

Excellent machine and the cartridges...
My HP Office Jet 8610 printer has worked so very well in the 3-4 years that I have had it. I use it for a lot of volunteer work--5-6 different groups. HP really got the bugs out of this product after its introduction some ten years ago. I have never gotten a cartridge that was defective.

What do you expect from the printer manufacturer?
At least buying HP cartridges for HP printers guarantees reliability. You might instead buy "ink refill kits" or "remanufactured" cartridges under a different name. Refilling can be a messy proposition with variable success; and because the original HP cartridges have an electronic component that interacts with the printer and computer to measure remaining ink one d...
