says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

HP products
HP protects its products with their printers. Had to buy ink due to microchips that are tied to ink cartridge and HP printers.

I had just went to purchase some black ink. Because the machine said I needed some more black ink. So when I replaced the cartridge with the new one and tried to print something. Too Early to Tell
My history with these cartridges is that they are fine. The ink is fine. It's a cost of doing business. I truly do not understand why every year new models of printer come out that require a new ink cartridge. Cartridge Replacement
I bought it to be a backup and right now it sits in the closet as well as or better than any cartridge I’ve ever purchased. My previous purchase of this type of cartridge is now in my printer and is functioning.

Better than generic
I have tried to save money and use generic ink the printer is too smart and won't allow anything other than HP ink. It was a good price so I am happy enough.
