says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

Ink Catridge
great product but after purchasing the only the black I could not print until I replaced all cartridges.

HP952XL Ink Cartridges
The ink cartridges work fine but the cost is way way to high for what you get. They only work for about one team of paper then they run out. It is almost better to keep buy a new printer with cartridges in it for the same price.

This has gotten way too expensive forced me to buy online
the prices for ink have gone crazy I will no longer buy that from Staples I now am getting it elsewhere

Not Yet Installed Last One Was OK
Not Yet Installed. Last One Was OK. Price went up. Wish they would last a little longer. Hope I get $2.00 for the cartidge I returned. The fine print says "minimum purchase required" but no where does it tell you how much that is. I think I lost out on 3 cartidges last year because of that even though I bought a new printer at the same time.

No better ink than HP
I’ve tried those auto-refill schemes at various places; but the quality they provide is not at all like HP

Great products
These are great ink products especially the XL black. The only thing I dislike is the high cost of them.

HP ink is consistently bright flows evenly and stays on the page.

Too little ink. too high a cost. But this is true of all HP ink cartridges. I will just have to plot less... and less... and less as the cost keeps rising and the amount of ink in the cartridges decreases.

Cartridge is very very easy to install. If you have never replaced a cartridge the printer help file is also easy to use and understand.

Great deal
I used an offer for $30 off my purchase so essentially paid 1/2 price for my cartridges. I prefer to use authentic cartridges so this was a great deal
