says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

My printer is no longer thirsty
Bought an HP Deskjet Pro 8720 from Staples in 2017. Been using HP genuine inks and the printer is still working great and providing great text and photo output. Great that Staples carries the cartridges in stock at the store I go to!

Expensive
Had to track down someone to get the ink from the back on top of the ink being extensively overpriced but that's probably HP and not Staples.

Why all colors
I use only the black ink and think it’s absurd I should have to buy the three color cartridges to allow the printer to work..

Rewards pay off!
Using Recycling Rewards I am able to keep a supply of ink cartridges on hand so I never run out. I also recycle old tech to keep it from cluttering up my computer desk.

OEM Replacement Cartridges - Work like a charm
Needed new cartridges as the old had depleted. Knew staples had the kit I needed. The OEM replacements worked like a charm.

installed new black ink cartridge for a job after 700 pages ink was almost out. description shows 2000 pages. quite a difference.
