says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

Construction Office Use
The product is very good and with great quality. However the color cartridges go quickly. There should be an affordable option to get more usage. Such as free refillable/replacement cartridges for every 2 boxes purchased

Toner Cartridges for HP OfficeJet Pro 8710
Genuine HP cartridges work better than generic versions and the multi-cartridge packs I purchased at Staples were very good and reasonably priced.

Techs always helpful
I usually go to Staples to ask a tech a question. I got a helpful response and bought color cartridges when I learned my printer wouldn't work without them!!

Return ink cartridges coupons
I don't think when I get credit for my recycled cartridges the credit should expire. Its not a store credit more like a refund.

Easy to order quick delivery and i always feel safer buying something like this thru Staples rather than the giant online store that starts with an A (safer as in i know it will be brand new and not a refill trying to pass as a new cartridge)

Replaced all printer color cartridges
The replacement parts were exact fit and work fine. Disappointed that my otherwise great HP printer cartridges cost has risen so high as to make me consider a commercial printer with large capacity cartridges. The cost is literally double what they were when I bought the printer.
