says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

Plan ahead
this was a supply for my new printer. Always want to have new cartridges on hand when the well goes dry. This particular combination was a special value which is much appreciated. I especially like the prompt delivery of ink cartridges when I order them.

All part of the mix
Adds brightness to the print. Lasts a good long time. About double the print capability of a xl black. So the whole package lasts two black cartridges.

Way too expensive. HP should have a printer trade in to get rid of these old printers that require these unbelievably jacked up price cartridges.

I understand this is a HP printer cartilage and is fair market traded with a fixed price but is terribly overpriced. Offering a cartilage in refill service would make this much more affordable and increase the attractiveness of buying this at Staples

The Customer Representative was very pleasant & understanding. He promptly got the item that needed to be replaced. He directed me to an open register. The cashier explained the credit procedure for the returned item. I was expecting a direct credit to my credit card so that I did not have two charges for the same product. Best Back-up Ink Supply
I haven't used these ink cartridges yet as they were purchased for back-up. The ones I purchased earlier from Staples are now in use and are performing as expected. I can always count on genuine hp ink to work well with my hp printer.
